Box 2009 <br />Stockton CA 95201 <br />Dear Mr. Snavley: <br />Re: Regulatory Changes in 1993 <br />OCT 2 9 1992 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br />PERM IT/SERVICE," <br />This letter is to inform you that Chevron will comply with Article 4, Section 2646(b) of the <br />California Underground Storage Tank Regulations by using Statistical Inventory Reconciliation <br />(SIR). <br />Chevron will be following the guidelines of "LG -123: Statistical inventory Reconciliation." <br />Article 4, Section 2646(b) affects all stations that utilize manual stick readings for single wall tanks <br />where the existing ground water level or the highest anticipated ground water level is less than 20 <br />feet below the bottom of the tank. Attached is a list of Chevron Service Stations in your <br />County/City that will be using SIR. <br />The SIR vendor that Chevron will be using is Ustman Industries, Inc.
