jLAL Tafle 23 <br />C kaPfer 3 .5ubcho-pie( I6 <br />.5ec,`t': 2610 <br />(b) , Persons who own one or more underground storage tanks <br />storing hazardous substances shall comply with these <br />regulations except as provided in Section 2611 of this <br />article. If the operator of the underground storage tank is <br />not the owner, then the owner shall enter into a written <br />contract with the operator requiring the operator' to: <br />monitor the underground storage tank; maintain iappropriate <br />records; implement reporting procedures as required by the <br />permit; and properly close the underground storage tank as <br />required by the permit. <br />4/86 UG i 6 <br />M <br />
