Financial responsibility letter is enclosed <br />5. The Corrective Action plan is enclosed. A copy was sent to Harlan Knoll on January <br />22nd by Chevron. <br />6. Yes, the monitor system will automatically shut down. See manufacturers spec sheet. <br />7. The tank removal is tentatively scheduled for the last week in February <br />8. Michael Collins has approved the food mart plans. See copy of partial page showing his <br />stamp. <br />Our building permit is ready to pick up as soon as we have the release form issued by your <br />department.
