Th_ service station is located at 235 North <br />Karn I.a.ne ir. T,odi., Califo nia (Figure. 1) . The <br />station was constructed in 1969, and the facilities on-site include <br />two 10,000 gallon and one 5,000 gallon gasoline USTs, one 1,000 <br />gallon used oil UST, ant two product islands. <br />Regional groundwater de the range from .40 to 60 feet below grade <br />surface (bgs). Recently installed groundwater monitoring wells <br />we17e sampled in August of 3.995 and depth to water at that time was <br />41 to 45 feet rigs. The groundwater flow direction is southwest. <br />• <br />A combination of facility removal and soil remediation will be <br />performed concurrently.
