Lodi, <br />Attached Underground Storage Tank Unauthorized Release Site Report 96) <br />f-652 (b) Indications of an unauthorized release were witnessed during UST removal activities on <br />April 10, 1996 by representatives from San Joaquin County Public Health Services (F-ric Treveria <br />and Harlin Knoll) and by a representative from Chevron Products Company (Brett flouter), Solt <br />samples were F1 AA at this time to confirm the occurrence of a relmse and were submitted to a <br />state certified lakratory for analysis. Soil analytical results confirming the occurrence of a <br />release wUl be available on April 12, 1996. Copies of these analytical results will be transmitted <br />immediately by facsimile to Eric Trevena and Harlin Knoll. <br />r <br />'7M <br />r <br />April 1996.
