A complete description of work performed must be submitted to the Environmental <br />Health Department (EHD) prior to scheduling the final inspection. <br />2. If any piping is to be repaired or replaced EHD must be notified so that an inspection can <br />be arranged and parts can be approved prior to commencing work. Depending upon the <br />repairs needed, a closure plan may be required to be submitted to EHD. <br />3. Soil sampling may be necessary if contamination is suspected or if primary piping is <br />replaced. Contact EHD to schedule the following inspections: <br />a. Arrange a final inspection with this office prior to returning this station into full <br />service. <br />4. At least one person who holds the International Code Council UST <br />Installer/Retrofitter certification must be onsite at all times when work is performed. <br />5. Contact the Fire Department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br />applicable permits. <br />6. Allow 48-hour advance notice for scheduling inspections with this office. <br />7.
