The <br />permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br />1. Contact the local fire department, and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information or scope of work .must be submitted to SJCEHD prior to <br />commencing work. <br />3. At least one person who holds the International Code Council "UST <br />Installer/Retrofitter" certification must be onsite AT ALL TIMES when work is <br />performed. <br />4. Contact Lori Luces at (209) 468-0341 to arrange the following inspection <br />appointments; a 48-hour notice for inspection appointments is required. <br />a. Leak Detector: Must detect a 3 -gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. <br />5. Permit expires 90 days from the approval date.
