Monitoring records must include: <br /> > The UST oporaWs nam and xlephone number, <br /> > A list ofthe types,quamtitics.and concerimnions of hamdous substances released; <br /> > A dewnption of the mons taken to control and clean up the release, <br /> > The method and bion of dispusat of the released hazardous sub9arteeas,and whether a hazardous waste mani€est was or will be used; <br /> A A description of actions taken to repair the UST and to prevent future releases. <br /> > A description of the method used to reactivate interstitial monitoring a€tor replacement or repair of primary containment <br /> Reportable • Any overfill,spill,or unauthori:wd release which escapes from secondary containment(or primary containment if no Secondary containment <br /> exists),increases the hazard of fire or explosion,or causes any deterioration of secondary containment,is a reportable release. Reportable releases are also recordable. <br /> Within 24 hours aper a reportable release has been detected,or should have been detected,we will notify the local agency administering the UST program of the <br /> release,' , ' the release,and take immediate measures to stop the release.
