He will make <br /> sure he overlooks both(and our alarm log), Alarm history was attached to March 2014, <br /> because alarm happened after his inspection Feb 3'. Also our Alarm logs that we write, <br /> employee noted the appropriate alarm there as well. <br /> 205. Here is the June DO report faxed over by Alex. He said it was inspected(do:report)6-24- <br /> 13 when last testing was done, but will leave in binder next time. <br /> 404. drum was closed,but not tightly, but corrected by Hoshiar. Corrected right away, <br /> 605. the label was all correct, expect toxic was not checked off. Checked toxic and corrected <br /> right away. <br /> Thanks <br /> `t/14 <br />
