The permit has been approved with the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br /> any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Aaron Hang at (209) 468-3453 to arrange the following inspection appointments (a 48- <br /> hour notice is required for inspection appointments). According to the service requestor, no <br /> piping modifications will take place during the proposed conversion frames installation. <br /> a. Verification of conversion frames installation per the manufacturer's installation instructions <br /> b. Verification of the dispenser footprints contained by the under dispenser containment <br /> sumps (UDCs) and verification that all potential product piping leaks will be captured in the <br /> UDC. <br /> c. Visual inspection of the piping within the dispensers for any product leaks <br /> Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the UST system prior to the EHD <br /> inspection and approval. <br /> 4. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal supervision <br /> of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of the following: <br /> 1868 E.
