0 <br /> Underground Storage Tank Monitoring Plan <br /> For use by Unidocs Member Agencies or where approved by your Local Jurisdiction <br /> Authority Cited.• Title 23 CCR,Sections 2632(d)(1), 2634(d)(2), and 2641(h) <br /> California Underground Storage Tank (UST) Regulations require that facilities with USTs have a written <br /> monitoring plan describing equipment and procedures used to monitor tank systems for leaks. The plan must be <br /> approved by the local UST regulatory agency. If your facility already has a plan which has been approved by <br /> the local agency that regulates USTs in your jurisdiction, do not complete this document unless directed to do <br /> so by your local agency. This boilerplate plan is suitable only for the monitoring methods described below. If <br /> other methods are used, a different format may be required. <br /> Monitoring plans must be revised and submitted to your local agency within 30 days of any personnel change or <br /> other situation which affects the information they contain. Changes in UST monitoring equipment or <br /> procedures require submittal of a revised plan to your local agency for review and approval prior to <br /> implementation. A current copy of the plan must be kept at the tank site. <br /> A.
