Kettleman Lane, Lodi <br />As a follow-up to my voice and emails messages, I am enclosing the permit application <br />and check and other required documentation for the fitting repairs at the above listed site. <br />This repair is being done as an emergency in that the disintegrating penetrations leave the <br />system vulnerable to a direct release. <br />The scope of work is limited to replacing "like for like" ICON penetrations will replace <br />the existing Blueline penetrations in UDCs #1-2 and #5-6. The installation will take place <br />according to the manufacturer's specifications. <br />If you need any additional information or have any questions, please call me.
