Scope of work, cut sheets of boot needed and certification of tech ICC installer. <br />Update to permit# SR -0066418 from Wilkey's Construction. Scope of work is limited to replacing torn <br />Blueline conduit boot inside Disp. #7/8 and make repairs to 87 secondary line with testing of both <br />components Disp. #7/8 and 87 secondary line.
