The report describes the evaluation and performance <br /> of the FE Petro D Mechanical Line Leak Detector used as an hourly monitoring device <br /> to check for leaks in underground pressurized piping. The test results are presented in Volume <br /> I and the test data is presented in Volume II. <br /> The testing was conducted using the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's protocol <br /> "Standard Test Procedures for Evaluating Leak Detection Methods: Pipeline Leak Detection <br /> Systems," EPA/530/UST-90/010, September 1990. The test results are reported on the standard <br /> forms provided by the EPA. The testing was conducted at the Leak Detection Test Center in <br /> Kansas City, Missouri, by Ken Wilcox Associates, Inc.
