UST SUMMARY <br /> Paul Trehan <br /> Chevron Service station Canvashl Foodmart <br /> Tank Remodel <br /> 601 Kettleman, Lodi, California <br /> INSTALLATION SUMMARY: <br /> The proposed tank remodel project will include the following components. <br /> • New multi product fuel dispenser with coaxial <br /> Hoses and nozzles <br /> • New submersible pumps <br /> • New Drop tubes <br /> New fiber-glass product pipe and secondary piping <br /> • New Man-ways and product dispenser sumps with <br /> fill containment and vapor return containment <br /> • New monitoring system <br /> 0 New double wall fiberglass diesel fuel tank <br /> INSTALATION COMPLIANCE: <br /> Construction will comply with manufacturer specifications and California Title 23, Division 3 <br /> Chapter 16, Article 4, Section 2640 through 2649 for monitoring existing UST's and Article 6, <br /> section 2650 through 2666. <br /> Monitoring equipment to be installed operated and maintained per manufacture instructions. At <br /> least one routine maintenance test per year to be performed. Owner to maintain written record <br /> per section 2712 of Article 10. <br /> Secondary containment to be certified as required by section 2631 (a) and contain a marking <br /> with the manufactures construction standard, nominal diameter, degree of secondary <br /> containment, usable capacity, design pressure, maximum operating temperature, material, and <br /> date of manufacture. The secondary systems to have a collection point to temporarily hold and <br /> contain liquid per section 2635 (4). <br /> Piping to comply with section 2635 and 2636 <br /> Monitoring to comply with sections 2632, 2634, and 2636. <br /> New tanks to have strike plate sized equal to the area of tank opening as required by section <br /> 2631 (c). Storage tanks with secondary containment to be designed so that any loss is detected <br /> by interstitial monitoring. 2631 (g) <br /> Provide 100% containment of product. 2631 (h) <br /> ADMINISTRATION: <br /> Comply with requirements-for Response Plan/Section 2632 <br /> Owners and Operators to comply with the requirements of section 2632. <br />
