UST Tank Information forms for the four USTS are not current in CERS. The forms inaccurately list the vent and vapor recovery lines as being double walled. Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. Immediately log into CERS, update the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. Complete a separate tank form for each tank. This is a repeat violation, Class II. 106 Monitoring and response plans not current or approved by the EHD. The monitoring plan is not current. The monitoring plans do not contain complete and accurate information for the tanks at this facility . The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System(CERS). Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD. Maintain an approved copy on site. This is a minor violation. 107 Plot plan/site map not submitted or failed to completely show where monitoring is performed. An accurate UST Monitoring Site Plan was not submitted. The site map does not include the location of the monitoring panel. A site plan must be submitted identifying the locations where monitoring will be performed. Immediately log into CERS, upload the completed form, and submit for review by the EHD. Maintain an approved copy on site. This is a minor violation. 204 Current monitoring plan approved by the EHD not found on site. The monitoring plans on site are not current and do not contain the accurate information for the site. The monitoring and response plans on site must be current and approved by the EHD. Immediately log into CERS, update the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. Complete a separate record for each tank. Maintain approved copies on site. This is a minor violation. 324 Overfill prevention system was overridden or failed to meet overfill requirements. The external enunciator and light on the external audible/visual alarm, used as the overfill prevention system is not currently functional. Immediately discontinue deposition of petroleum into this tank until the component is repaired or replaced by a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor under permit and inspection of the EHD. If the failed component can't be replaced immediately, there is a possibility that all four UST systems may be red tagged to prevent fuel inputs. This is a repeat violation, Class II.
