OMMIM <br />EFIS <br />Kegarding Violation #7 Maintenance Records for PLLD shutdown Alarm <br />for dates 6/4/10, 9/4/2009 and 8/20/2009 were Misplased, Now on we will <br />staple all Alarms report or Work order with Our Monthly Inspection Report. <br />Regarding Violation #9 Spill Bucket for Tank #2 (87) and Tank #3 (87) <br />IIQM4 <br />re testing on 8/24/2010 as schedule with you. <br />Regarding #11, We do not touch or Move Veeder Root sensor 208 from it's <br />location at any time. This may have done by some one working on these <br />dispensor. <br />Regarding # 17 re testing of these Line Leak Detectors are Schedule on <br />8/24/2010 with your office and Elite 4 Contractors. <br />Regarding # 19 The External Audio alarm for overfills Prevention was fixed <br />on 8/20/20 10 and schedule for re testing with your office on 8/24/2010. <br />Regarding #21 water in a sump, we will be checking for water in a sump on <br />a monthly basis to prevent from this happening again. <br />Regarding # 23c I have Instructed our designated operator Alex jabari to <br />note any alarm on his report and also attached any and all work order with <br />his report, that how the alarm was corrected. <br />Regarding #24 these are schedule for re inspection by your office on <br />8/24/2010. <br />
