New drop tubes with mechanical <br />overfill prevention devices will not be installed and the existing overfill prevention will remain. <br />The revision has been approved with the following additional conditions. <br />Conditions of approval: <br />1. Contact the local Fire Department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District <br />for any applicable permits. <br />2. Any changes shall be submitted to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />(EHD) for approval prior to commencing work. All new addenda supercede the previous <br />ones. <br />3. Contact Aris Cacapit at (209) 468-3453 to arrange the following inspections (a 48-hour notice <br />is required): <br />a. Witness testing of and verification that the diesel and the two 87 -octane automatic tank <br />gauges are set at 90%. <br />4. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal supervision <br />of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of the following: <br />a. One of several permissible valid, current contractor's licenses issued by the Contractors <br />State License Board (may be issued to the installation company), and <br />b. All valid, current California UST certificates issued by the International Code Council <br />(ICC), that are applicable to the work being performed, and <br />c. A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the component(s) <br />being tested, repaired, or serviced. <br />and <br />d. Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of training from <br />the manufacturer of that component. <br />
