Aug 20,2009 <br />To Aris Cacapit <br />Environmental Health Specialist <br />Return to Compliance Report. <br />Regarding Inspection dated 7/9/2009 we have done the following. <br />1. We have replaced a fill bucket for tank 3 Regular Unleaded.as per Permit. <br />2. We have replaced a fill bucket for tank 4 Diesel as per permit. <br />3. We will be conducting Probe test for Tank 2 ,Tank 3 and Tank 4 on 8/20/09. <br />4. I have instructed Alex jabari to be sure he puts on his monthly inspection Report if <br />there was an alarm for the prior month ,and what was the Reason for the Alarm. <br />5.
