The EHD must witness the testing of the functionality of the monitoring system <br />"cold start" to ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements <br />of California Code of Regulations Title 23 and the Health & Safety Code. <br />7. If concrete is being broken near the UST, pipeline and tank integrity testing must be <br />performed by a SWRCB licensed tank tester in accordance with the manufacturer's <br />guidelines. Results must be received by the EHD within seven days of returning the <br />facility to operating condition. <br />8. An "Underground Storage Tank Certification of Installation/Modification" form (form C) <br />shall be submitted by the owner or the owners' agent [pursuant to (CCR) 2635(d)] before <br />this upgrade will be considered complete by EHD. <br />9.
