Contact the fire department for their permit requirements. <br /> 2. Samples must be taken and analyzed as stated on pages 4 and 5 of the permit application. <br /> 3. Sequoia Analytical will perform the analytical tests. <br /> 4. EHD must witness the soil sampling. Contact EHD to arrange this inspection appointment. <br /> Installation Conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for applicable permits. <br /> 2. Submit training certification from Ameron,Blueline,Western Fiberglass and other associated manufacturer. <br /> 3. A third party certified tank integrity test must be performed after pouring concrete and results received before <br /> the facility can be allowed to open and operate. <br /> 4. A third party certified piping line tightness test must be performed after pouring concrete and results received <br /> before the facility can be allowed to open and operate. <br /> 5. If automatic pump shut down is provided it must satisfy 2636(g) of California Code of Regulations(CCR). <br /> 6. All piping and connections shall bear a LJL label. <br /> 7. All piping must slope to a containment sump with an audible and visual alarm. <br /> 8. All equipment in contact with backfill must have corrosion protection. <br /> 9. Overfill prevention must satisfy CCR 2635(b)(2). <br /> 10. Contact EHD for the following inspections: <br /> a. 24 hour lake test on dispenser pans <br /> b. Spill container verification of drainage and tightness <br /> c. Riser corrosion protection <br /> d. Drop tube measurement verification <br /> e. Final inspection <br /> 11. Any changes in information or scope of work must be submitted to EHD prior to commencing work. <br /> 12.
