Contact the fire department for any applicable permits. <br /> 2. Notify EHD for the following tests: <br /> a. Secondary containment test for previously failed under dispenser <br /> containment. Previously submitted test results were not accepted due to <br /> lack of notification of testing or approved secondary containment protocol. <br /> Secondary containment test protocols must be reviewed for approval prior <br /> to conducting test. <br /> b. Product line tests <br /> 3. Results are to be submitted to EHD within thirty days. <br /> 4. All parts and components of the underground storage tank system that is in <br /> contact with backfill must be corrosion protected. <br /> 5.
