Lockeford Street <br /> The permit application to repair 3 inch Ameron 2 piece clamshell on 3 inch secondary <br /> unleaded line has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Submit a copy of equipment manufactures training certification prior to <br /> beginning work. <br /> 2. All metal exposed to backfill must have corrosion protection. <br /> 3. Soil sampling may be necessary per Environmental Health assessment. <br /> 4. A line integrity test on the primary piping of all exposed lines must be performed <br /> by a certified technician and results received by this office within 7 days after <br /> work completion. <br /> 5. If concrete is broken near the underground storage tank a tank integrity test must <br /> be performed by a certified tank tester and results received by this office within 7 <br /> days after work completion. <br /> 6. A 24-hour lake test, or equivalent will be required on any sumps that require <br /> repair/replacement. <br /> 7. EHD must witness a 30-minute pressure test on all repaired/replaced piping prior <br /> to backfill. <br /> 8.
