Please submit a written response to the following items. <br />1. You need to answer questions two, four, and the second part of five on the <br />July 8, 1996 letter. <br />2. The installation application needs to reflect the fact that one of the tanks will <br />be compartmentalized into two tanks that will contain different products. (i.e. <br />page four, five and seven of the application, and two new "B" forms) <br />3. The "float out calc's" you submitted are examples of how to compute the <br />values. You need to be complete the calculations using the actual variables <br />for this installation. <br />4. You have identified on page five of the application that striker plates or drop <br />tube -mounted bottom protectors are illustrated below all accessible openings, <br />but the cross sectional diagrams you submitted do not illustrate this.
