Lockeford st. Lodi Ca. <br /> The following items need to be submitted to this office before this site can be <br /> evaluated for final closure. <br /> 1. U.S.T. Tracking record sheets for the tanks removed from this site on July 2, <br /> 1996 and July 17, 1996. <br /> 2. Piping disposal receipts for the product lines associated with the U.S.T.'s. <br /> 3. Hard copies of analytical results directly mailed from the laboratory to this <br /> office, including a chain of custody, quality assurance and quality control (QA & <br /> QC) reports. Note: the faxed results from the July 17, 1996 sampling event <br /> were incomplete. The results lacked the following: <br /> A) Samples #1 & #2 : analysis of TPH-D and PCB'S. <br /> B) Sample #2: analysis of chlorinated hydrocarbons. <br /> C) Chain of custody. <br /> 4. Hazardous Waste Manifests for piping, rinsate, residual fuel, and/or waste oil <br /> receipts. <br /> 5. A proposal to properly close and sample the product line under the sidewalk in <br /> the front of the building, and the remote fill line associated with the waste oil <br /> tank. <br /> 6.
