The following items still need to be addressed. <br /> 1. Please identify the Board of Equalization number on page four of the application. <br /> 2. You need to provide the calculations to verify if the tanks will be subject to floatation. <br /> 3. The owner or operator must sign the bottom of page eight, space #25. <br /> 4. Page nine, # 19 needs to be completed. <br /> 5. Please provide a detailed illustration of the piping run from the tanks to the dispenser <br /> island including secondary containment, slope, monitoring probes, etc. <br /> 6. You have submitted specification sheets for the Incon TS-1000/4EFI and the Amcon <br /> Probe. Please note that you have not submitted the required approval from the State <br /> Water Resources Control Board for these leak detection devices.
