This facility did upgrade the primary and secondary piping and sump systems on May 8 <br />2003. According to Title 23, California Code of Regulations, Section 2637 (a), Secondary <br />containment systems installed on or after January 1, 2001 shall be tested upon installation, 6 <br />months after installation, and every 36 months thereafter. <br />If this test has not been performed in accordance with the required time frames, then schedule <br />secondary containment test with a certified technician by December 20, 2003. <br />In addition, this office must be notified of the test date and time 48 hours prior to performing any <br />of the above tests. Results from the above testing must be sent to this office within 30 days of <br />the test completion.
