All additional equipment will be replaced with new. The plans also appear to be generic. Please amend plans to reflect this particular installation including equipment part lists, details and all drawings. Please delete (or cross out) all references to equipment which is not to be installed. 1) Piping: The plans call for A.O. Smith or Ameron FRP. Manufacturer specifications have been submitted for CTC piping. It is unclear if this piping is flexible hose or hard piping or a combination. Please submit a UL listing, fuel compatibility and installation instructions for CTC piping. Please confirm brand of piping to be used on site (AO Smith, Ameron or CTC). Please amend plans and manufacturers specifications (cut sheets) to reflect piping for this site. There is no piping layout in the prints. Please provide a print of the piping layout including pipe diameters for primary and secondary piping, vent piping, slopes, pipe composition, and corrosion protection for corrosion susceptible piping in contact with backfill. Please augment section 7.5 of Installation Instructions to include all corrodible underground piping. Only fiberglass piping will be approved for vent piping. 2) Monitoring System: Line Leak Detector- Prints call for Vaporless LD 2000. You have submitted cut sheets for veeder root. The cut sheets do not include the part number (p/n). Please submit cut sheet with p/n (i.e. 8494, 8484, 8475) please amend plans to reflect LLD to be used at this site. Interstitial Probe- Veeder Root 794390-401 Please submit cut sheet with p/n Turbine Sump Probe (Piping Probe)-Veeder Root 794380-351 This sensor is not listed in SWRCB LG 113-12. Please choose a probe that has been recognized by SWRCB, or provide SWRCB evaluation for this device. Please provide cut sheets with p/n for either. 3) Overfill- EMCO Wheaton Guardian A-1100 shall be installed to provide positive shut off at equal to or less than 95% capacity. 4) Containment Sumps- Plans call for Xerxes. You have submitted cut sheets for CTC. If CTC is used please provide UL Listing and statement of compatibility with existing tanks. Please amend prints to reflect actual equipment to be installed at this site.
