Auton-atf_% rrruous leak detection CSLD is a new, advanced tank testing technology that makes full use of the TLS -350's in -tank moni- toring capabilities. The TLS -350 with CSLD continuously monitors fuel height and temperature information to detect idle times in the tank. During each idle time, data is r rj collected and combined with information from other idle periods to form a highly accurate leak detection database. Sophisticated statistical analysis tech- niques in CSLD constantly evaluate all new and all existing information in the database to discard invalid data and perform leak tests based on only high-quality information in the current database. In fact, a new leak test is performed every time new data from an idle period is added. Since the database is constantly being updated, leak test results are always current — not results from a static leak test that may be days or even weeks old. Leak tests are performed using the best data from up to the previous 28 days, and test results are continuously updated as new data is gathered. Test results are provided automatically every 24 hours. In addition, up-to-the-minute leak test results are available at any time with the press of a button. Greater accuracy, quicker response times CSLD's algorithm sorts through all available infor- mation and uses only the highest quality data to perform its leak tests. Since invalid data is thrown out and only the best data is used, leak test results are more accurate and the chance of false alarms is greatly reduced. And, because leak test data is collected continu- ously and updated frequently, the response time to detect leaks is shorter than that of scheduled static leak tests. Third -Party Certified Third -party testing confirmed that CSLD meets Federal, state and local compliance requirements for monthly monitoring. Test results showed a 99% probability of detection and less than a 0.1 % chance of false alarm!
