In addition, annual refresher training is also provided to the employees. <br />The training program includes the topics noted below. The following training records are maintained for each <br />employee: <br />Type and amount of introductory and continuing training. <br />Date that training was completed. <br />Former employees' training records are retained at least 3 years. <br />M <br />
