Contained within the HMMP are the Written Monitoring <br />Procedures and the Written Release Response Plan, please note I have tagged the first page of these plans.. <br />Maintenance on the site is undertaken on an as needed basis; our twenty four (24) hour emergency number is 1- <br />800-248-7436. The emergency number is the number that is to be called for maintenance calls and <br />emergencies. I am also enclosing a copy of our Financial Responsibility Letter for this year. <br />The maintenance department is currently working on the monitoring system. Recently, some trenching was <br />done to install new probes. The maintenance department is planning to install a Veeder Root TLS -350. Upon <br />completion of work at the site, I will send the certification to you. The work at this site is all being overseen by <br />Mr. Chester Bennett. Mr. Bennett is in our Roseville office and can be reached at (916) 774-2942. This <br />location was purchased by Tosco last year. At this time we do not have 12 months of data regarding inventory <br />reconciliation. We can send you what we have to date or will furnish the yearly report at the end of the initial <br />12 months.
