Equipment and Services <br />1. Vadose monitoring system, PPM -4000 Line and Probe Monitor <br />with PPM -4100 Auxiliary Control Unit by Redjacket Electronics <br />(specifications attached). <br />2. Pipeline leak detection, flow restrictors Model 116-030 by <br />Redjacket PLD (piston) Leak Detector. <br />3. Overspill protection, fill box Model A1002 by E1mco Wheaton. <br />4. Tank testing, Heath Petro Tite, Horner Ezy Check or NDE <br />Technology, Inc. <br />Reporting Procedures <br />Within 24 hours of a detected release, the local agency, County <br />of San Joaquin Health Department and State Office of Emergency <br />Services or Regional Water Control Board shall be notified. <br />Within five workings days a report in written form as outlined <br />by regulations from CWRCB subchapters 2651 and 2652 will be made <br />with a copy to the local regulatory agency. <br />The primary responsibility for leak detection is with the manager <br />or operator of the facility with follow-up from supervisory <br />personnel. Inventory confirmation and audits are made by outside <br />personnel on a monthly basis. The manager and/or operator of the <br />facility is required to monitor the underground storage tanks, <br />maintain proper records and implement reporting procedures <br />including, but not limited to, Daily Inventory Controls. The <br />owner will comply with construction and monitoring standards <br />and regulations and requirements of the local administrating <br />authority if applicable. <br />Emergency Response Plan <br />1. Emergency Clean -Up Procedures: <br />Stop flow of material, remove all sources of ignition. <br />Contain spill using sand or absorbent materials. Use <br />absorbent material such as clay or diatomcceous earth to <br />cleanup spill. Notify all proper Federal, State and local <br />agencies and comply with cleanup, disposal and reporting <br />regulations. <br />
