Contact the fire department and San Joaquin Valley Air District for any applicable <br />permits. <br />2. At least one person who holds the International Code Council (ICC) UST Service <br />Technician certification and manufacturers' certificate of training for all components <br />installed or tested must be onsite when work is performed. <br />3. Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of training <br />from the manufacturer of that component. <br />4. EHD must verify the overfill prevention system is in compliance with CCR 2635 <br />(b)(2). <br />5. Allow 48-hour notice for all appointments. <br />6. Complete and submit a copy of a UST Installation Certificate of Compliance (Former <br />Form C) for each tank no later than 30 days after work is completed. <br />7.
