REHS <br />I serve as Designated Operator for Kwik Food, 950 W. 11th St., Traci. Mr. Patel is concerned about the air samples that <br />were pulled from the annular space on his tanks, indicating hydrocarbons between the walls on one of the tanks, this <br />apparently was brought to his attention on Sept. 22, 2005. Mr. Patel would like to know what you would like for him to do, <br />for his monitoring system and inventory reconciliation have not shown any leaks.
