Box 388 * Stockton, CA 95201-0388 <br /> 209/468-3420 <br /> NOVEMBER 21, 1996 <br /> KEITH CHAPEL <br /> AM/PM ARCO FACILITY #2093 <br /> 3425 TRACY BLVD <br /> TRACY CA 95376 <br /> RE: ROUTINE INSPECTION OF SEPTEMBER 27, 1996, ARCO AM/PM #2093 <br /> 3425 TRACY BLVD. <br /> The following noncompliance issues discovered during the <br /> inspection of 9/27/96, have not been corrected and submitted to <br /> this office. The violations were as follows : <br /> 1 . The monitoring equipment used for leak detection has not been <br /> routinely checked for operability and running condition per <br /> section 2630, Title 23 CCR. Maintenance/Service checks must be <br /> conducted at least annually. <br /> These records were to have been submitted by 11/10/96 . <br /> 2 . Written monitoring and maintenance records unavailable at the <br /> time of inspection. Such records must be maintained on site per <br /> section 2712, Title 223 CCR. <br /> Proof of such documents were to have been submitted by 11/10/96 . <br /> The above corrections must be completed by 12/21/96. If the <br /> corrections have not been submitted by the above date a re- <br /> inspection shall be conducted and the appropriate charges will be <br /> invoiced.
