Where Franchisor has provided Franchisee h a copy of the permit to operate the <br /> underground storage tanks. Franchisee read and undemioW In resties as operator <br /> under the Permit alld agrees to comply with each of the provisions of the permit. Irrespective of <br /> whether Franchim has received and reviewed a copy of the undergroundstorage tank operating <br /> Permit.
