E <br />5.9 Site Health and Safety Plan <br />11 <br />A site-specific Health and Safety Plan is included in Appendix A. The plan describes <br />the basic safety requirements for work at the Site. It is applicable to both personnel of <br />Roux and to subcontractors of Roux. The Roux field geologist will be the safety officer <br />on-site. Personnel at the Site will be briefed on the contents of the Site Health and <br />Safety Plan before work begins. A copy of the plan will be kept at the work site and <br />will be available for reference by appropriate parties during the work. <br />A report will be prepared which summarizes data gathered during tank replacement <br />activities. The report will contain a description of field methods, laboratory procedures, <br />laboratory reports and Chain -of -Custody documents. The report will also contain maps <br />to illustrate sample locations and the extent of petroleum hydrocarbons at the Site. A <br />draft report will be prepared for ARCO's review and comments, prior to being finalized <br />for submittal to the PHS-EHD and the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB). <br />8 Doc #A159W01.1.5 <br />
