Page 1 of 23 Standard Operating Procedures <br />Health and Safety Plans <br />1.0 GENERAL <br />This Site-specific Health and Safety Plan (HASP) has been prepared in accordance with 29CFR <br />1910.120 and Roux Associates, Inc. Standard Operating Procedures. It addresses activities <br />associated with the proposed investigation at 3425 Tracy Boulevard, Tracy, California (Site) and <br />will be implemented by the designated Site Health and Safety Manager (SHSM) during Site <br />work. <br />Compliance with this HASP is required for all Roux personnel who enter this Site. Assistance <br />in implementing this HASP can be obtained from the Roux Associates Office Health and Safety <br />Manager (OHSM). The content of this HASP may undergo revision based upon additional <br />information made available. Reilly, Jr. (510) 602-2333 <br />Work at the Site covered by this HASP will consist of excavating and replacing underground <br />storage tanks and pipelines. Roux personnel will observe the excavation and removal of the tanks <br />and lines and will collect soil samples from the product line trenches. The soil samples will be <br />brought to the surface in the bucket of a backhoe.
