The Site is at an elevation of about 20 ft. above sea level. <br />The Site is an operating retail gasoline station and mini -market. The building which houses the <br />mini -market is located in the center of the Site. Two pump islands are located near the east side <br />of the Site. The Site is paved and essentially flat.
