Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of <br />training from the manufacturer of that component. <br />6. Permit expires 90 days from date of approval. Note: If an extension to the <br />expiration date is required, a written request must be submitted to this office prior <br />to the expiration date. <br />7.
