I <br />PERMITIS'E VICES <br />Via FedEx <br />Trackine #7922 7243 2917 <br />0 <br />This letter has been prepared to provide a follow-up to the inspection conducted by you on <br />January 10, 2007 at ARCO Facility No. 2093 located at 3425 N. Tracy Boulevard in Tracy, <br />California. <br />The inspection report stated that there were minor problems with the maintenance records and <br />spill containments at the site (Attachment A). The following is BP's response to the item noted <br />during the inspection on January 10, 2007. <br />• CCR 2661: Permit to repair UST system —The 87 slave spill bucket failed a 1 -hour lake <br />test. This spill bucket was replaced and testing during the inspection. Obtain a permit to <br />replace this equipment by the end of the next business day (1-11-07). <br />The Inspection Report states that at the time of the inspection, the unleaded underground storage <br />tank (UST) spill containment failed the 1 -hour lake test. During the inspection, the spill <br />containment was replaced and re -tested with passing results by the testing contractor, <br />Tanknology. The permit for the replacement of the spill containment was completed and <br />submitted to San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department on January 11, 2007 by the <br />testing contractor. I have included a copy of the submitted permits for the replacement of the <br />spill containment (Attachment B). <br />
