I
PERMITIS'E VICES
Via FedEx
Trackine #7922 7243 2917
0
This letter has been prepared to provide a follow-up to the inspection conducted by you on
January 10, 2007 at ARCO Facility No. 2093 located at 3425 N. Tracy Boulevard in Tracy,
California.
The inspection report stated that there were minor problems with the maintenance records and
spill containments at the site (Attachment A). The following is BP's response to the item noted
during the inspection on January 10, 2007.
• CCR 2661: Permit to repair UST system —The 87 slave spill bucket failed a 1 -hour lake
test. This spill bucket was replaced and testing during the inspection. Obtain a permit to
replace this equipment by the end of the next business day (1-11-07).
The Inspection Report states that at the time of the inspection, the unleaded underground storage
tank (UST) spill containment failed the 1 -hour lake test. During the inspection, the spill
containment was replaced and re -tested with passing results by the testing contractor,
Tanknology. The permit for the replacement of the spill containment was completed and
submitted to San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department on January 11, 2007 by the
testing contractor. I have included a copy of the submitted permits for the replacement of the
spill containment (Attachment B).
