Contact the Fire Department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br />applicable permits. <br />2. At least one person who holds the International Code Council UST Service Technician <br />certification and is manufacturer certified for the spill bucket must be onsite when work <br />is performed. <br />3. Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of training from <br />the manufacturer of that component. <br />4.
