Please be advised that the following issues have been
addressed:
The audible annunciator used as part of the audible -visual overfill prevention system was not
currently functional on the UST system. Immediately discontinue any future deposition of
petroleum in all tanks until this component is repaired or replaced by a properly licensed,
trained and certified contractor under inspection of EHD. If the failed component can not be
replaced immediately, there is a possibility that the UST system will be red tagged to
prevent fuel inputs. The repair/replacement of the annunciator was assigned to BP vendor, Gettler
Ryan, and has been completed on December 7, 2011. The Work Acknowledgement Form is
attached for your review and records. Also attached as you requested, is the Return to Compliance
Certification form and the permit to repair the annunciator of the overfill prevention system.
It is our policy to address deficiencies, issues of concern, and/or agency requests regarding our retail
facilities immediately. With the submittal of this letter, it is our understanding that the items of alleged
non-compliance have been resolved. If this is not correct, please contact me as soon as possible.
If you have any questions or require additional information, please contact me.
Regards,
Richard C.
