Work order#192585 was found on site describing the replacement of 1-5-Regular center STP 208 sensor on 10/25/17 and EHD was not notified of this replacement nor was a permit obtained from the EHD. Emergency repairs relating to UST system monitoring and release detection may be performed by a properly licensed,trained, and certified contractor pursuant to the EHD'S policy and a permit,if required,obtained within one business day from the EHD. Immediately obtain a permit from the EHD for the replacement of the 1-5 sensor. A"Failure to Obtain a Permit"penalty applies. This is a minor violation.
