We have found the plan to be inadequate ..as the following <br />considerations are not addressed. <br />1: Documented groundwater contamination, through Kleinfelder's <br />previous site investigation, necessitates review and comment of site <br />investigations by the RWQCB. The Regional Board's comments will be <br />necessary prior to the continued review of new tank installation plans. <br />2: Shell Oil shall commit, in writing, that all contamination <br />assessment and remediation will be addressed in whatever manner necessary <br />should newly installed tanks hinder clean up activities. <br />3: Tank borings in new "clean" area shall be addressed in an .-;merided <br />work plan. <br />4: Data incorrect in health and safety plan.
