The interior of <br />the tank will be cleaned by Herbst <br />Engineering. Residuals will be <br />removed and transported to Shell oil <br />Co. Refinery, Martinez, CA. by Crosby <br />and Overton/E.M.I. <br />REMOVAL OF <br />FLAMMABLE VAPORS: Tanks will be rendered inert by CO2 in <br />the form of dry ice. 10 lbs. of dry <br />ice per 11000 gallon tank capacity <br />will be inserted into the tank and all <br />openings (except vent) shall be <br />closed. <br />METHOD OF <br />DISPOSAL OF TANKS: Tanks will be taken (via truck) to <br />Triangle Inc., 3525 52nd Avenue, <br />Sacramento, CA 95823. Triangle Inc. <br />will be responsible for dismanteling <br />and disposing of the tank as scrap <br />metal. <br />
