<br />Interception and Detection System (LIDS) does not meet the volumetric requirements of 23 CCR §2631(d)(1) through (5) (i.e., when accounting far rainfall and
<br />backfill material, the secondary containment volume is less than 100% of primary tank volume for a single UST; or in the case of multiple USTs in shared secondary
<br />containment. 150% orthe largest primary tank volume or 10°/u of aggregate primary tank volume, whichever is greater).

<br />VII. REPORTING AND RECORD KEEPING

<br />Recordnble Releases: Any unnuthorizod release from primary containment which the UST operator is able to clean up within eight (8) hours atter the release was
<br />detected or should reasonably have been detected, and which does not escape from secondary coniamtnctd, does not increase lite hazard of fire or explosion. and duos
<br />not cause any deterioration of secondary containment, must be recorded it) the facility's monitoring records. Monitoring records must include
<br />> The UST operator's name and telephone number;
<br />> A list of the types, quantities, and concentrations of hazardous substances released;
<br />> A description of the actions taken to control and clean up the release;
<br />'r• The method and location of disposal of the released hazardous substances, and whether a hazardous waste manifest was of wilt be used,
<br />> A description of uutions taken to repair the UST and to prevent future releasee;
<br />> A description of the method used h) reactivate interstitial monitoring after replacement or repair of primary containment.
<br />Reportable Releases: Any overfill, spill, or unauthorized release which cooMcs from secondary containment (or primary containment if no secondary containment
<br />exists), increases the hmrard of lire or explosion, or causes any deterioration of secondary containment, is a reportable release. Reportable releases are also recordable.
<br />Within 24 hours atter a reportable roloasc has been detected, or should have been detected, we will notify the local agency administering the UST program, or die
<br />release, investigate the release, and take immediate measures to stop the release. If necessary, or irrequired by the local agency, remaining stored product/waste will
<br />be removed from the UST to prevent further releases or facilitate corrective action. If an emergency exists, we will notify the stoic Unice of emergency Services.
<br />Within live (5) working days of a reportable release• we will Submit to the local agency a NO written report containing all of 4119 following information to tate extent

<br />> The UST owrnr's or operator's name and telephone number;

<br />We will follow the reporting procedures described above if any of the following conditions occur;
<br />> A recordable unauthorized release can not be: cleaned up or is still under investigation within eight (8) hours of detection;
<br />A Released hazardous; substances are discovered at the UST Site or in the surrounding area;
<br />> Unusual operating conditions are observed, including erratic behavior or product dispensing equipment, sudden loss of product, or the unexplained presence of
<br />weer in the tank, unless System equipment is found to he defective and is immediately repaired or replaced, and no leak has occurred;
<br />> Monitoring results from USI• system) monitoring equiptncnUmcthods indicate that a relense may have occurred, unless the moniluring equipment is found Io be
<br />dcfcetive and is immediately repaired, recalibrated, or replaced, kind additional monitoring does notconfirm the initial results.
