LIMITED POWER OF ATTORNEY EQUILON ENTERPRISES LLC, DIBIA SHELL OIL PRODUCTS US GILBARCO, INC. EQUILON ENTERPRISES LLC, d/b/a/ Shelf Oil Products US, a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware (herein called the "Company"), hereby appoints and authorizes Gilbarco, Inc. as its true and [awful Agent and Attorney -in -Fact to do or perform any or all of the following relating to the Company's retail facilities in the United States as follows: to execute, file and deliver any and all routine environmental applications, renewals and certifications, necessary or proper, for filing before administrative or executive officers, boards and agencies, whether federal, state or municipal required for the sale of Motor Fuel at retail gasoline stations. Gilbarco, Inc. shall have the ability to designate its employees that shall perform and execute under this Limited Power of Attorney. This Power of Attorney shall be effective as of October 2006, and shall continue in full force and effect until specifically revoked in writing.
