7. Contact Michelle Henry (953-7699) to arrange the following inspections (a 48-hour <br />notice is required): <br />a. Twenty-four hour lake test (or equivalent) on the under dispenser containment <br />5/6 and 7/8 and 11/12. <br />8. A "Certificate of Compliance for Underground Storage Tank Installation Form C" shall <br />be submitted by the owner or the owners' agent [pursuant to (CCR) 2635(d)] before this <br />upgrade will be considered complete by EHD. <br />9.
