Based <br />on its composition, it is anticipated to be moderately toxic if swallowed, slightly toxic if absorbed through skin, <br />practically non-toxic if inhaled, severely InIteting to skin and corrosive to eyes. Repeated or prolonged contac t may <br />cause an allergic skin reaction_ Prolonged or repeated contact may also remove oils from the skin and may d y skin <br />and cause irritation, redness and rash. High vapor concentrations may be Irritating to the eyes and a�spiratoQ, tract, <br />and may result in central nervous system (CNS) effects such as weakness, headache, dizziness, nausea, dro iness <br />and, in severe exposures, loss of consciousness, pulmonary edema (accumulation of fluid in the lun's) and di lath. If <br />swwailrno+ed, this material may cause severe Irritation and injury to the mouth,.throat and stomach. Smptoms f injury <br />may include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, bleeding or tissue ulceration and, in sever ,cases, d ath. <br />Swallowing may also cause CNS effects as noted above. Mild to seveine lung injury may occur if thi I material is <br />off inju <br />include increased breathing and heart rate, coughing and related signs of respiratory with ng <br />ry ay <br />i <br />drawn into the lungs (aspirated) during swallowing, or during vomiting after swallowing. Symptoms <br />disease or limited respiratory capacity should limit exposure to this material, distress. Workers <br />IN CASI= OF CONTACT, Immediately flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes while removjing <br />contaminated clothing and shoes. Get medical attention immediately. Wash clothing before reuse; I7 <br />contaminated shoes. <br />IF SWALLOWED, do NOT induce vomiting. Glve water to drink. Get medical attention lmmediat�ly. <br />NEVF=R GIVE ANYTHING BY MOUTH TO AN UNCONSCIOUS PERSON. <br />r <br />iF INHALED, remove to fresh air. Fire fighting equipment should be thoroughly decontaminated after use.
